Best Pennsylvania Sportsbooks & Betting Apps

Two apps take about two-thirds of the online sports bets in Pennsylvania: FanDuel and DraftKings. That's the starting point for our guide to the best Pennsylvania sportsbooks, all licensed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and tied to a PA casino.

FanDuel leads for the biggest share of online handle in the state, about 35% in August 2026. DraftKings is right behind at about 33%, and its welcome offer adds NBA League Pass. BetRivers is third, with iRush Rewards and a Second Chance Bet worth up to $500.

The offer we'd point Sixers fans to is DraftKings' Bet $5, Get $200 in Bonus Bets + 3 Months of NBA League Pass. This page covers every Pennsylvania sportsbook promo and whether you need a Promo Code, the laws and restrictions, a timeline since 2017, and the local teams and big games.

You must be 21 and physically in Pennsylvania to bet. Enjoy!

Money for problem gambling

Each year 0.2% of sports betting revenue goes to the Compulsive and Problem Gambling Treatment Fund and another 0.2% to the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
