Lucky Pants Bingo Review UK: £35 Bingo Bonus or 100 Free Spins

Lucky Pants Bingo lets new players pick one welcome offer after a £10 deposit and £10 spend: a £35 bingo bonus or 100 free spins. It’s run by Rank, the company behind Mecca Bingo, and there’s free bingo every night in the Penny Paradise room. On the downside, its Trustpilot score is poor and the brand was named in a £5.85 million Gambling Commission fine in 2021.

Here’s how both halves of the offer work, which one’s better value for you, and what players actually say about the site.

Lucky Pants Bingo key facts

Lucky Pants Bingo welcome offer: £35 bingo bonus or 100 free spins

You get one welcome offer, and the first game you play decides which one. Deposit at least £10, then within 7 days either spend £10 in the Main Event Bingo room for the £35 bingo bonus, or spend £10 on The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King for 100 free spins. It only counts on your first deposit. Deposit again before qualifying and you lose the welcome offer altogether. PayPal and Paysafe deposits don’t qualify.

The bingo bonus. You can use the £35 in Main Event Bingo, and it has 6x wagering on bingo. So £35 × 6 = £210 of bingo before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. You have 30 days from when it’s added.

The free spins. You get 100 spins at 10p each on the Goonies game, and you have 7 days to use them. Whatever you win arrives as a bonus with 10x wagering on that same game, which you also have to clear within 7 days. The most you can turn into cash is £200.

Why the either/or? Since 19 January 2026, UK operators can’t make you play more than one product (say, bingo and slots) to qualify for a bonus. They’re still allowed to let you choose, which is what Lucky Pants does here. One more rule applies to both offers: withdraw from your cash balance before the wagering is done and you lose the bonus money that’s left.

Lucky Pants Bingo promo code: do you need one?

No. There’s no Promo Code. Make your first deposit of £10, then spend £10 in Main Event Bingo for the £35 bingo bonus or £10 on the selected slot for 100 free spins. The first game you play decides which offer you get.

How to claim your Lucky Pants Bingo bonus

Who owns Lucky Pants Bingo?

Lucky Pants Bingo is part of The Rank Group, the company behind Mecca Bingo. The site runs under Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 57924, and that same licence covers Mecca Bingo and Kitty Bingo. You can check it on the Commission’s public register.

It started life as a Stride Gaming brand. Rank bought Stride in October 2019, which is how Lucky Pants ended up alongside Mecca.

Worth knowing: in September 2021 the Gambling Commission fined Daub Alderney Ltd, a Stride company by then owned by Rank, £5.85 million and issued a formal warning over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures between January 2019 and March 2020. luckypantsbingo.com was one of the sites named. The company appealed and the First-tier Tribunal dismissed it.

Lucky Pants Bingo rooms, free bingo and chat

The room line-up is small but covers the main formats, and the chat side is better than you’d expect from a site this size.

What do players say about Lucky Pants Bingo?

Not much good. Lucky Pants Bingo scores 1.3 out of 5 from 272 reviews on Trustpilot (checked October 2026), and Trustpilot notes the company hasn’t replied to negative reviews. That’s a small sample, and review sites tend to attract unhappy customers, but these are the themes that keep coming up in 2026:

• Confusing bonus terms. Reviewers complain that their deposit gets used before the bonus, and one said they didn’t realise wagering had to be done on one specific game.
• Glitches. Several 2026 reviews mention games not loading and sessions cutting out.
• Slow support. One reviewer in April 2026 said a simple question took 11 days to get an answer.
• Some good news. Praise is rare, but reviewers have mentioned polite, friendly chat hosts and, in one September 2026 review, a quick withdrawal.

Lucky Pants Bingo: the good and the not so good

Lucky Pants Bingo vs Mecca Bingo, Gala Bingo and Queen’s Bingo

Here’s how the Lucky Pants offer compares with its big sister site and two other popular UK bingo deals.

If you want bingo money, Queen’s Bingo gives more (£40) with less wagering (4x) than Lucky Pants. If you’d rather have spins, Gala’s 100 come with no wagering listed, which beats Lucky Pants’ 10x on spin winnings. Mecca throws in a £10 voucher for its bingo clubs, which only helps if you live near one. Lucky Pants’ edge is the choice itself and the nightly free bingo.

Is Lucky Pants Bingo worth joining?

It’s a reasonable pick if you like a smaller, chattier site and want to choose between bingo money and spins. The nightly free bingo in Penny Paradise is a genuine plus, and having Rank behind it means a big, established operator.

But the numbers aren’t the best around. £210 of wagering on a £35 bonus is heavier than Queen’s Bingo, the spin winnings come with 10x wagering and tight deadlines, and the Trustpilot score is poor. If that puts you off, compare it with the rest of our best UK bingo sites first.
