The Heart Bingo welcome bonus, explained simply
Heart doesn’t give you bonus money. It gives you 500 free bingo tickets. Opt in, deposit at least £10 and play £10 in any bingo room within seven days of signing up. Then open any bingo room and click OK on the Free Tickets pop-up.
The tickets work in games costing up to 10p, which is where the £50 value comes from: 500 tickets × 10p = £50. To use them, switch the room into Free Tickets mode with the button on screen. Your balance shows under My Bonuses.
Here’s the good part. Once you’ve played your free tickets, anything you win goes into your cash balance, so you can withdraw it. There’s no wagering to clear. The tickets last seven days, so you don’t need to play every night.
Prefer slots? You can choose 100 free spins on Make Me a Millionaire instead, worth 10p each, with winnings also paid as cash. You only get one welcome offer, though, and it’s one per household. Since 19 January 2026, UK operators can’t make you use more than one product to qualify for an offer, which is why you pick bingo or slots rather than getting both.
Play £10, get 500 tickets at 10p = £50 of bingo, with no wagering on what you win. Compare that with a £50 bingo bonus at 10x, which means £500 of tickets before you can withdraw. With Heart, if one of your free tickets lands a £4 full house, that £4 is cash. You won’t win £50 back, as most tickets lose in bingo, but it’s the cleanest bingo welcome offer we’ve found.
Heart Bingo promo code: do you need one?
No. There’s no Heart Bingo promo code. Opt in, make a first deposit of £10 or more and play £10 in any bingo room within 7 days of registering. You’ll get 500 free 10p bingo tickets worth £50, and winnings are paid as cash.

How to claim your Heart Bingo bonus
Who owns Heart Bingo?
Heart Bingo is run by BV Gaming Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar (company number 42734) that also runs BetVictor. Its Gambling Commission licence is account 39576, and the public register lists heartbingo.co.uk as a white label on that licence.
The register showed no regulatory actions against BV Gaming Limited when we checked in October 2026.
Heart moved its bingo onto Pragmatic Play’s software in September 2021, having previously been on the Gamesys platform.
Heart Bingo rooms, free bingo and chat
Heart has one of the wider spreads of bingo formats, and its free ticket offer means you’ll start in the cheaper rooms. Trustpilot reviewers who like Heart mention bingo tickets from 1p.
90, 80, 75, 70, 50 and 30-ball
Everything from a traditional 90-ball full house to fast 30-ball games that are over in a couple of minutes.
Free daily game
Heart Bonanza is a daily free game for players who’ve deposited £10 or more in the last 14 days. It isn’t an open free room, so you need to be an active player.
Chat hosts and Newbie room
Every room has a chat box, and chat hosts keep things moving. New players get a Newbie room to find their feet.
Slingo and slots
Over 50 Slingo games plus slots and live casino. The UK slot limit is £5 a spin, or £2 if you’re 18 to 24.
Rewards Club
A loyalty scheme for regular players on top of the welcome offer.
What do players say about Heart Bingo?
It’s split right down the middle. Heart scores 2.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 1,502 reviews, with 47% five stars and 42% one star. Heart replies to every negative review, usually within a day, often asking the reviewer to email support. Here’s what came up in late September and early October 2026:
- Cheap games and lots to play. Fans like bingo from 1p, the mix of bingo, slots and live casino, and the free bingo offers.
- Easy to use. Several reviewers say the site is simple to get around and budget-friendly.
- Slow payouts. One reviewer waited over 15 hours for a withdrawal they expected to be almost instant.
- Crashes and stuck winnings. Some describe being disconnected or having winnings stuck after a game crashed, with support that didn’t help.
- Low returns. The usual complaints that slots rarely pay and bonus rounds are hard to trigger.
Heart Bingo: the good and the not so good
Pros
- No wagering on winnings. Win £6 with your free tickets and that £6 is cash. A 10x bingo bonus would make you buy £500 of tickets first.
- Seven days to play. More time than Wink (five days) or Dotty (two days), so you can spread it over a week of evenings.
- Top-rated app. 4.8 out of 5 from 11,070 ratings on the UK App Store.
Cons
- 10p games only. Free tickets can’t be used in pricier rooms, so the bigger prize games are out.
- Split Trustpilot reviews. 2.8 / 5, with 42% one-star reviews mentioning crashes and slow payouts.
- You have to stake first. You need to play £10 of your own money in the bingo rooms before the free tickets appear.
Heart Bingo vs Mecca, Wink and Dotty Bingo
Here’s how Heart’s free tickets compare with three other popular UK bingo welcome offers.
| Bingo site | Welcome offer | You need to | Wagering | Promo Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Heart Bingo | Play £10 Get £50 on Bingo | Opt in, deposit and play £10 in any bingo room within 7 days | None on free ticket winnings | Not needed |
| Mecca Bingo | Play £5, Get £20 Bingo Bonus + £10 Club Voucher Or + 50 Free Spins + £10 Club Voucher | Deposit £5 and spend £5 in selected bingo rooms or slots | 5x bingo bonus; none on spin winnings | Not needed |
| Wink Bingo | Deposit £10, Get a £50 Bingo Bonus | Deposit £10 with the Promo Code | 10x bingo bonus | WINK50 |
| Dotty Bingo | Deposit £10, Get a £50 Bingo Bonus | Deposit £10 by debit card within 48 hours of signing up | 3x bingo bonus | Not needed |
Three of these say £50 for £10, but Heart is the only one with no wagering on winnings. Dotty’s 3x is the next fairest but you only get two days. Wink’s 10x means £500 of tickets in five days. Mecca is the cheapest to start at £5 and throws in a £10 club voucher, so it’s the better pick if there’s a Mecca near you.
Is Heart Bingo worth joining?
For the welcome offer alone, yes. 500 free 10p tickets with winnings paid as cash, and a week to use them, is about as fair as bingo bonuses get. The wide choice of ball formats and a highly rated app help too.
The Trustpilot reviews are a mixed bag, with complaints about crashes and payouts, so play on a steady connection and keep screenshots of any big win. If you want a site with a better reputation, Dotty Bingo scores 4.0. Compare them all on our best UK bingo sites page.
