How the bet365 Bet £10 Get £30 offer works
bet365 pays its welcome offer as Bet Credits, not free bets, but they work much the same way. Deposit at least £5 and claim the offer, and you qualify for 300% of that deposit in Bet Credits, up to £30. So £5 gets you £15, and £10 or more gets you the full £30.
To release the credits, you then need to place bets worth the same as your qualifying deposit (up to £10), and they have to settle. The odds bar is low: at least one selection at 1/5 (1.20) or bigger. A tenner on Arsenal at 1/2 on a Saturday 3pm kick-off is enough. bet365 says the credits normally show up within an hour of the qualifying bet settling.
There are a few traps. If you back both sides of the same market, only the bigger stake counts. Cashed-out bets, void bets and in-play bets settled as a push don’t count. And if you deposit with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paysafecard or a prepaid card, you won’t qualify unless bet365 has already verified your ID (or you’ve entered a postal verification code). The simplest route is a normal debit card.
Once they land, the Bet Credits last 7 days. They can’t go on the Tote or other pool bets, Colossus bets, Lotto markets or a few specialist bet types such as If Bets and Teasers.
Deposit £10 and bet it at 1/2: if it wins, you get £15 back. Either way, £30 in Bet Credits arrives. Bet Credit stakes aren’t returned, so a £10 Bet Credit on a 2/1 winner pays £20, not £30 (that’s bet365’s own example). Spread the £30 across three £10 bets at 2/1 and you need just one winner to come out £20 ahead on the credits.

bet365 was founded in 2000 and is still privately owned by the Coates family, with Denise Coates holding 50.1%. It’s headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, which makes it one of the few giant online bookies that’s still British and family-run.

bet365 deposits, withdrawals and ID checks
bet365’s welcome offer terms are strict on payment methods. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paysafecard and prepaid cards can’t be used for the qualifying deposit, or for withdrawing returns from Bet Credits, unless bet365 has verified your ID and you’ve entered a postal verification code, or it has verified two forms of ID.
