Foxy Bingo free spins, no wagering: the offer explained
Foxy’s welcome offer is 100 free spins, not a bingo bonus. To get them, make your first deposit of at least £10 in a single transaction, then spend that £10 on slots or casino games. Bingo tickets don’t count towards it. Since 19 January 2026 UK sites can’t make you play across products, such as bingo and slots, to unlock one bonus, so this offer stays on the casino side.
Once your £10 is played through, the spins appear on your Offers page. You have 7 days to claim them and another 7 days to use them. They’re worth 10p each and only work on the Big Bass family of slots, from Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Splash to seasonal versions like Big Bass Christmas Bash.
Here’s the part that matters: there’s no wagering on the spins. What you win is yours. There’s no cash alternative, though, so if you don’t use them you lose them.
Check how you pay. Envoy, Neteller, PayPal, Moneybookers, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don’t qualify, and you can only claim one Foxy welcome offer. The same deal covers Foxy Games, so if you’ve already had a welcome offer there, you won’t get another.
100 spins × 10p = £10 of play on the Big Bass slots. Your return could be £3 or £20; let’s say £8.20. With no wagering that’s £8.20 you can withdraw. On a 10x offer the same £8.20 would tie you to £82 of extra slot play first. So you’re spending £10 of your own money and getting roughly another tenner of spins on top. Decent, not a windfall.
Foxy Bingo promo code: do you need one?
No. Foxy Bingo’s welcome offer doesn’t use a Promo Code. Make a £10 first deposit, spend £10 on slots or casino games, then claim 100 no-wagering free spins from your Offers page.

How to claim your Foxy Bingo bonus
Who owns Foxy Bingo?
Foxy Bingo belongs to Entain, the group behind Ladbrokes, Coral and Gala. For British players it runs under LC International Limited, registered in Gibraltar and licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 54743. That’s the same licence as Gala Bingo, which explains why the two welcome offers are almost identical. The site footer also names Martingale Europe Limited, which holds a Malta licence for customers outside Great Britain.
Foxy has no high-street clubs. Unlike Mecca or the old Gala halls, it’s an online-only brand, so there’s no club voucher or link to a hall near you.
In August 2022 Entain agreed a £17 million settlement with the Gambling Commission over social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failings. LC International’s share was around £14 million, and Foxy Bingo was named among its sites, alongside Ladbrokes and Coral. That’s worth knowing, and it’s one reason you should expect affordability and source-of-funds questions if you deposit a lot.
Foxy Bingo rooms, free bingo and chat
Foxy runs on Entain’s own bingo software, so the rooms will feel familiar if you’ve played at Gala. Here’s what you’ll find.
90-ball and 75-ball
The traditional British 90-ball game, plus 75-ball pattern games and 80-ball and 50-ball rooms if you want something in between.
Fast ‘n’ Foxy
30-ball speed bingo. Fewer numbers, quicker games, and a good fit for a cuppa break rather than a whole evening.
Free-to-play rooms
Foxy describes free-to-play bingo rooms with daily and weekly giveaways, though what’s on varies, so check the lobby schedule.
Chat and hosts
Chat rooms with hosts, and you can talk to hosts and other players right from the game screen. Foxy Perks is the loyalty scheme for regulars.
Slingo and slots
A Slingo section next to the slots. Slot stakes are capped at £5 a spin for over-25s and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds.
What do players say about Foxy Bingo?
Foxy Bingo scores 1.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 2,532 reviews (checked October 2026). The split is unusual: 44% of reviews are one-star, but 35% are five-star, so plenty of players are happy. Trustpilot notes Foxy hasn’t replied to negative reviews. Here’s what keeps coming up in recent reviews:
- Withdrawals held for ID checks. Reviewers in August and October 2026 described repeated document requests and payouts held until they complained.
- Accounts closed or suspended. Several players said their accounts were restricted, including one after setting a deposit limit.
- Bots in the bingo rooms. Some players suspect bots are winning games. We’ve seen no evidence of this, and Foxy is licensed by the Gambling Commission, but it’s a recurring worry.
- Bonuses that didn’t arrive. One October 2026 reviewer said promised free spins never showed up. Check the payment method rules before you deposit.
- Quick payouts for some. On the plus side, one reviewer said withdrawals were instant, and slot variety gets a mention too.
Foxy Bingo: the good and the not so good
Pros
- No wagering Win £6 from your spins and you can withdraw £6. On a 10x offer you’d need to play through £60 first.
- Wide choice of spin games The spins work across the whole Big Bass family, not just one slot, so you can pick the version you like.
- Full bingo line-up 90-ball through to 30-ball Fast ‘n’ Foxy rooms, chat hosts and free-to-play rooms make it a proper bingo site.
Cons
- Nothing for bingo-only players If you only want 90-ball tickets, the welcome offer won’t help you at all.
- Long list of banned payment methods PayPal, Skrill, Paysafe, prepaid cards and even certain debit cards don’t qualify.
- Poor Trustpilot score 1.3 / 5, with recurring complaints about ID checks and account closures, and no replies to negative reviews.
Foxy Bingo vs Gala Bingo, BingoStars and Heart Bingo
Here’s how Foxy’s offer compares with three other UK bingo sites.
| Bingo site | Welcome offer | You need to | Wagering | Promo Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foxy Bingo | 100 Free Spins | Deposit £10 and spend £10 on slots or casino games | None | Not needed |
| Gala Bingo | 100 Free Spins | Deposit £10 and spend £10 on slots within 7 days of registering | None | Not needed |
| BingoStars | Play £10 Get 100 Free Spins! | Deposit £10 and stake £10 on slots | None | Not needed |
| Heart Bingo | Play £10 Get £50 on Bingo | Opt in, deposit and play £10 in any bingo room within 7 days | See T&Cs | Not needed |
Foxy and Gala are near twins, both run by Entain, but Foxy counts casino games as well as slots towards the £10 spend and lets the spins run across every Big Bass slot. BingoStars’ spins expire after only 48 hours. If you’d rather play bingo with your welcome money, Heart is the pick here: you play £10 in a bingo room and get £50 on bingo.
Is Foxy Bingo worth joining?
If you enjoy a bit of everything, a few 90-ball games, a Fast ‘n’ Foxy speed round and some slots, Foxy is a solid choice. The 100 no-wagering spins are simple and fair, and the free-to-play rooms are a nice extra for regulars.
But be realistic. The offer is worth around £10 of spins, it doesn’t help with bingo tickets, and the payment rules catch people out. The Trustpilot complaints about ID checks are a good reason to verify your account before you play. If you want a bingo bonus instead, look at our best UK bingo sites.
